Do you want straight teeth but don't want braces? Invisalign® aligners are virtually invisible!
Invisalign is designed to help you achieve your best smile. If you’re after a healthy, straight smile then could be an ideal option for you. Invisalign clear aligners can treat children, teenagers and adults. Invisalign helps you achieve a great smile that transforms your appearance, which can help you feel more confident.

Invisalign has helped transform millions of smiles worldwide and will help you achieve a proper bite and a healthy smile.

What are Invisalign aligners?
Invisalign works to straighten your teeth through using a series of clear, comfortable and removable aligners which move your teeth gradually into the desired position. Each aligner is custom-made to suit your specific needs.

Having straight teeth is important to keep your mouth clean and healthy while preventing future problems. Invisalign uses advanced 3D software, to allow you to see the end results of treatment before you even start. It won’t interfere with your lifestyle. It has even been proven to be as effective as traditional braces for treating a wide variety of orthodontic issues.

Why Invisalign?
Invisalign has changed the world of orthodontics. Its virtually invisible, clear aligner system has already improved millions of smiles all over the world. Invisalign treatment has appealed to so many patients due to its discreet look and feel.

With modern technology and clearer treatment timelines it's easy to see why Invisalign has become a popular option for patients wanting to straighten their smile.

How Invisalign can help you?
There are plenty of benefits of Invisalign treatment. Often people prefer to use Invisalign over braces due to the many advantages that Invisalign can provide.

Invisalign is nearly invisible compared to traditional braces where the wires and metal brackets can be seen.

Invisalign aligners are made with SmartTrack® flexible material, making it super easy to put on and remove, unlike braces which are fixed.

Unlike braces where you have to visit your orthodontist every 3 to 4 weeks, with Invisalign visits are usually only required every 8 to 10 weeks.

Since Invisalign aligners are removable, you can still floss and brush your teeth as per normal - whereas braces may make it difficult for you to clean in between metal brackets, which can result in plaque accumulation and poor oral hygiene.

Have Questions?
How much does Invisalign® cost?

The price of Invisalign alingers will vary depending on your specific needs. The cost will also vary according to your treatment goals, the time treatment will take and the difficulty of your case. At your consultation visit with your orthodontist, they will determine the cost of the treatment.

Is Invisalign treatment painful?

You may experience some discomfort or pressure for a few days with each change of aligners. This is completely normal and is a sign that Invisalign treatment is doing its job – moving your teeth to their new, straighter position. Any pain or discomfort you experience with Invisalign is noticeably less than the pain metal braces can cause.

Does Invisalign affect speech?

Invisalign aligners may affect your speech in the short term, and you might have a slight lisp for a couple of days, similar to other orthodontic treatments. This should disappear once your tongue gets used to having the aligners in your mouth.

Will I have to change what I eat with Invisalign?

You will need to remove the Invisalign aligners to eat and drink, which means you can eat anything you would without them. Unless your doctor specifically tells you to avoid certain foods, you can eat anything you would normally. This is a big difference between Invisalign and traditional braces. However, you should avoid chewing gum as it will stick to the aligners. It's also important to brush your teeth after every meal prior to reinserting the aligners to avoid bad breath and poor hygiene.

How long does Invisalign treatment take?

The length of your treatment will depend on the movement you require and can only be determined by your orthodontist. The length of time required for adolescent patients may vary and can be determined by your orthodontist.

How often will I have to wear my Invisalign aligners?

Aligners are most effective when worn at least 20 to 22 hours a day. They should only be removed for eating, and brushing and flossing your teeth.

Can Invisalign help to fix teeth that have moved after braces were removed?

Invisalign is a great option for people who have already been through the process of traditional braces, but have since had their teeth move. Invisalign is also a good solution for adults who want to avoid the awkwardness and anxiety of traditional braces. Invisalign gives an almost invisible solution for re-aligning your teeth.

How often will I need to visit my orthodontist during treatment?

You may not need to visit your orthodontist as often as you would with braces but generally it's every 8 to 10 weeks to see how your treatment is progressing. During your check-ups your dentist will check that the aligners are fitting well and make any adjustments if necessary.

Can I switch to Invisalign from my current braces?

Yes, you will need to speak with your orthodontist to determine whether this is an option for you.

How often should I change my aligners?

You will usually need to change your aligners every one to two weeks based on your doctor's instructions. This may vary, however. Your orthodontist will give you specific instructions on how often you need to change yours.

How long will it be until I start seeing results?

Most patients will see results within a few months of starting treatment.
